9.00-12.30 am – “Discovering Kyiv and Ukraine” - sightseeing tour around Kyiv:

3.00pm – Opening Ceremony of YES Summer University:

• Welcome address by Victor Pinchuk, Founder and Member of the Board of YES
• Addresses by President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko, PM of Portugal and President of the European Council José Socrates and President of EU Commission Durão Barroso
• Q&A moderated by Mário David, YES Board Member

5.00 pm – Debate around modern Ukrainian society:

• meeting with young Ukrainian opinion leaders

9.00 am – Session on Ukrainian Political Landscape with debate YES Board Member
